A bookkeeping practice that grew out of three clients

In 2009 it all started with the books of three companies. Since then more than 70 companies have gone through our accounting — trade, manufacturing, services, import and foreign trade, agriculture, IT and AstanaHub residents. The client list grows every year, and our expertise grows with it.

We specialize in LLPs and sole proprietors on the general regime with VAT — the most demanding part of accounting, where a mistake is costly. We have not padded the service list: we do bookkeeping and tax accounting, and over fifteen years we have worked through everything Kazakhstan business runs into.

Every company gets its own accountant, and the founder is personally accountable for the quality of the work. That accountability is a separate section of the contract, accompanied by a guarantee letter for the whole term.

Accounting is long overdue for digitization. We have built the processes and IT so that documents, reporting and deadlines stay under control and you can see the state of your books at any moment — without calls or waiting. And if an in-house accountant suits your business better, we will say so directly.
